You can lower your risk of catching or passing on STIs if:
- You and your partner only have sex with each other
- You both tested negative for STIs at least three months after you had sex with any other partners
- You always use condoms
Always buy condoms that have the CE mark or BSI kite mark on the packet. This means they've been tested and meet high safety standards.
